Be Fit…Balance, Strength and Spirit Program – Winter 2013

Information provided by the Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation. 

The Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation will be sponsoring a BE FIT…BALANCE, STRENGTH, AND SPIRIT PROGRAM on Thursday mornings from 8:50 to 10:00 AM on the Third Floor of the Church Street Recreation Center. The first session runs from Thursday, November 29, 2012 through January 31, 2013 (no program being held on 12/27). Session II runs from February 7 through March 28th.

Be Fit is a designed to strengthen the body and mind, as well as to improve balance, focus, and flexibility.  The program is based on a mix of yoga, pilates, and strength/cardio training using the Tabata Method.

The program will be conducted by Cindy O’Donnell. The cost for session I is $120.00, non-residents $130.00 (9 weeks).  Session II will have a fee of $105.00, non-residents $115.00 (8 weeks).  

Participants should bring a mat and a water bottle.

Registration can be completed at www.moorestownrec.com. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Checks should be made payable to the Township of Moorestown.
