Capehart & Scatchard, with 73 lawyers, is pleased to announce that it has signed an 11-year extension of its lease with the Whitesell Property organization.  The extension also expands the firm’s office space at 8000 Midlantic Drive to 45,000 sq ft., which will provide it with some much needed additional offices and conference rooms as well as allowing for its anticipated growth.

The firm’s managing shareholder, Peter Bejsiuk, states that “Our lawyers are pleased to remain at our current location, which gives them easy access to the courthouses in NJ, PA, NY and DE.  Our firm has been a tenant of Whitesell since 1989, and we have been pleased with their quality construction, service and maintenance over that span.
