LaVan Law's Julie LaVan Delivers Critical Topic to Business Audience
Moorestown, NJ - - During a co-sponsored educational program by LaVan Law and Bernstein Global Wealth Management, LaVan Law’s Julie LaVan, Esq. delivered a timely presentation “Getting Paid in a Turbulent Market” to a large audience of local business owners and entrepreneurs. The event was held at the Moorestown Community House.
In her presentation, LaVan outlined the following topics:
- Ensuring Payment for Public Contract Work
- Ensuring Payment for Private Contract Work
- Applying The Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act As a Way of Obtaining Payment
- Breach of Contract
Following LaVan and Bernstein’s Paul Robertson’s presentation, a cocktail reception followed.
LaVan, a Moorestown resident, concentrates her practice in the representation of small-to-medium-sized businesses and corporations across a wide range of industries, including corporate and commercial real estate, environmental, and labor and employment issues.
