MOORESTOWN FLAG FOOTBALL CHARITY TOURNAMENT FOR the BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF CAMDEN COUNTY TO BE HELD SATURDAY NOVEMBER 24TH
Moorestown, NJ, October 4, 2012 – The Moorestown Charitable Works Club (MCWC) today announced it will hold its 5th annual charitable flag football tournament on Saturday, November 24, 2012 to benefit the youth of Camden via the Boys & Girls Club of Camden County.
ALL PROCEEDS GO TO The Boys & Girls Club of Camden County; an organization that serves over 3,000 children via a supervised, educational and social outlet for Club members during the time of day when children are most at risk to become involved in dangerous activities.
“Moorestown volunteers will host the 5th annual Flag Football Charity Tournament Thanksgiving weekend to benefit Camden youth,” said Joe Ehrline, MCWC founder. “Although economic conditions are challenging for all families, we have received an outpouring of support from local businesses and students focused on helping the Boys & Girls Club of Camden provide a safe haven for the young people of Camden.” Further, Mr. Ehrline said, “We have divisions to suit age groups from third grade to adult. Each team will play three games within ninety minutes. This format makes it easy to participate.”
