Union Soccer Comes to Moorestown

The Philadelphia Union has their home opener against Sporting KC on March 2 at PPL Park. The 2013 MLS soccer season is here! The Union has just announced it will be coming to town with its Union Soccer Schools Camp at Moorestown High School on July 8-12 and Moorestown Friends School on July 22-26.

The program is for boys and girls ages 6-14 and includes five ays of soccer instruction with technical and tactical training, specialized goalkeeper training, skills contests and more. During the week, campers go behind-the-scenes at PPL Park for an exclusive tour and experience. While at PPL Park, campers will meet players like Brian Carroll, Sheanon Williams, Sebastian Le Toux, Zac MacMath and the Farfan brothers Michael and Gabriel. Campers also have a chance to meet members of the Union coaching staff including Team Manager John Hackworth, Rob Vartughian, Brendan Burke and Jim Curtin.

Union Soccer Schools feature a professional coaching staff, including top college and high school coaches, collegiate athletes and special guests. Every camper receives an official Union Soccer School uniform from adidas, participates in an on-field parade during a 2013 Union home game, and is featured on the Wall of Fame at PPL Park.
