What is TRX Training? Born with the Navy Seals, a TRX workout utilizes a pair of straps to execute a series of exercises utilizing only your own body weight for resistance! Consider it an in-the-air strength workout. 

You'll increase your strength instantly with TRX. Define and sculpt every inch of your body. Blast fat, improve your metabolism fast! TRX is taught by Moorestown's very own certified TRX trainer, Dawn McCarthy. Dawn has over 7 years experience with TRX training!

All ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to come take our classes. Unlike large health clubs, our class sizes are limited to ensure the personalized attention you need to complete our workouts safely.

We always offer a FREE 7-day trial at Subversion Fitness! When you decide to stay, our prices are as follows:

-3 Months Unlimited Classes + Gym only $150 (discounts available for law/ military/ fire, students, seniors, and friend referral)

-10 Class Pass only $100

-"Drop-In" rate $15 per class

Subversion Fitness is a high-end, private fitness studio serving Moorestown and the surrounding communities. The studio, led by owner and trainer Erika Camm, offers a wide range of services and programs, including personal trainers, fitness assessments and group exercise classes.
