Grand Opening Of Firebirds Restaurant!
In the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle on an unseasonable warm first day of winter Sunday, December 22, 2013 the grand opening of "Firebirds" was held at the Moorestown Mall. The atmosphere was very nice and spacious. The restaurant describes itself as an "upscale, casual " steak house chain . The open kitchen allows patrons to see the flame grilling being prepared by the culinary team. Firebirds features a wide variety of items on its menu sure to delight one's palate. Featured menu options include lobster spinach queso served with tri- colored chips and 9 signature dishes such as American Kobe beef meatloaf, baby back ribs and plenty of steak and seafood options. The signature burger is garnished with bacon, cheese and chopped red onion served with steak fries and it was delicious!
The signature drink is a Double Black Diamond Martini made with fresh pineapple and Svedka All Natural Citron Vodka with just a hint of lemon lime. The White Sangria was very smooth and refreshing. Guercine Dauphin and the staff are to be commended on the keen attention to detail displayed to each patron!
Would definitely go back again ! Desserts sounded real appetizing !
