Burlington County College employees and alumni showcase their artistic talent at new exhibit opening March 8

The “BCC Employee & Alumni Showcase” is a unique exhibit that gives current students and the college community the opportunity to see the talent of the BCC faculty and staff, as well as the level of technique and creativity that BCC’s alumni have acquired.

The exhibit includes art from 14 employees and nine alumni in all different mediums including oil painting, ceramics, digital photography, charcoal drawing, mixed media, and more.

A free artists’ reception will be held on Saturday, March 8 from noon to 2 p.m. to coincide with Mount Holly’s 2nd Saturday Art Crawl. The exhibit will run through Saturday, April 12.

Jessica Ward, BCC employee and alumna, was the exhibit curator.

The BCC Student Art Gallery, located at 1 High Street in the heart of Mount Holly's Historic Downtown District, serves as a showcase to display and sell original works of art. Themed shows featuring art created by students, college employees and professional artists are hosted throughout the year.
