De-Clutter Your Life Workshop Hosted by the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties

In today’s fast-paced society, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by increasingly busy schedules. Join the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, a cause-driven nonprofit charitable organization, to learn how to reduce stress and live a more fulfilling life at “De-Cluttering Your Calendar, Your Physical Space & Your Life” on Wednesday, October 16 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Burlington-Riverfront YMCA, located at 302 Commerce Square Boulevard in Burlington.

Hosted by life coach Anne Greco, this free workshop will focus on simple ways to improve your life by “de-cluttering,” both physically and mentally, such as organizational tips for your living and work spaces and how to say “no” without feeling guilty.
