Inaugural Sports & Education Expo in Philadelphia

Parents, youth sports teams, and children 5-18 are invited to the Pennsylvania Convention Center Saturday and Sunday, 12/14 & 15 to the inaugural Sports & Education Expo (www.SportsEducationExpo.com), where they can swing a bat, kick a soccer ball, cast a fishing line from a boat, hit a golf ball, row a boat, handle a lacrosse stick, hit a bullseye, meet sports celebrities, calculate their endurance, hear about starting or advancing in sports, learn about playing sports in college, financial aid, how to combat bullying, stay healthy and safe,  parent positively, and even purchase holiday sports gifts. Tickets are FREE for ages 12 and under, only $10 for students, 13 and up, and $20 for adults, covering the entire, action-packed weekend of demos, clinics, workshops and entertainment.  Coaches, athletic directors, athletic trainers and guidance counselors have their own professional development day, Friday, 12/13. To register or for more information, visit www.SportsEducationExpo.com, email sherri@sportseducationexpo.com, or call 800-825-1575.

This Expo, launching by Moorestown residents Sherri and Perry Gold and Haddonfield resident Marc Rosenthal, is the first to bridge the gap between the role that sports, education and health & wellness plays with our younger generation. It’s also the first to showcase multiple sports and be open to the public and professionals.
