The Top 12 Tax-Exempt Properties in Moorestown

The combined value of the properties on the list comes to $178,231,200.

Earlier this week, we brought you a list of the in town, followed by a list of the most valuable homes in Moorestown.

Today, we're providing a list of the top 12 most valuable properties that pay the least amount in taxes—as in zero.

Most, if not all, of the properties on the list will come as no surprise. Several are township- and school-owned, as well as a handful of churches and nursing homes. 

Combined, these properties account for $178,231,200 of the township's $4.6 billion total ratable base. 

The following is a list of the top 12 tax-exempt properties, based on records provided by the township tax assessor.

  2. , 803 North Stanwick Road — $26.2 million
  3. Lutheran Home, Main and Zelley streets — $21.5 million
  4. , 325 Borton Landing Road — $15.9 million
  5. , 10 Page Lane — $11.8 million
  6. , 111 West Second Street — $11 million
  7. , 101 Bridgeboro Road — $11 million
  8. , 446 Camden Avenue — $10.8 million
  9. , 290 Crescent Avenue — $7.1 million
  10. , 139 West Maple Avenue — $6.9 million
  11. , 23 West Prospect Avenue — $6.4 million
  12. Moorestown Friends School, 28 East Main Street — $6.1 million

Is it me or does old dog sound like ed carilli? Webster's defines fetish as "an object of irrational reverence or obsessive devotion" Talk about fetishes! Your Button obsession certainly fits the definition of fetish...somebody tell teh mayor to get a bodyguard...old dog is in heat
