1,500 volunteers helped to rebuild the playground at Frank Fullerton Memorial Park.
A year ago, the playground at Frank Fullerton Memorial Park was torn down because it was deemed unsafe. On Sunday night, children got their first opportunity to play on the new playground that took five days and 1,500 people to rebuild.
