National Library Week/ Spring Recess Celebration!

“Create Your Own Story” for National Library Week! (all ages)
Who says National Library Week can’t last a little longer? We’re continuing the celebration throughout Spring Recess by inviting you to “Create Your Own Story@Your Library.” Each day, come to the Children’s Room to make a special craft related to one of your favorite children’s stories! Drop in any time during library hours.

Monday, April 18 – Make a tissue paper collage in the style of Eric Carle

Tuesday, April 19 – Make a Magic Color Scratch “Rainbow Fish”

Wednesday, April 20 – Make a “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom” Coconut Tree

Thursday, April 21 – Decorate an engineer’s cap to go along with “The Little Engine That Could”
