The Evergreens Hosts Special Lenten Organ Recital Series

The Evergreens, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Moorestown, will host a special Lenten Organ Recital Series beginning February 28th. The series will include a total of five recitals, featuring different organists from several area churches. The recitals will be held every Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the Emilie Crocker Williams Chapel at The Evergreens.

  • February 28, featuring Lee Milhous of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Burlington

  • March 6, featuring Peter Homon of Saint Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Cherry Hill

  • March 13, featuring Vernon Williams, of Trinity Episcopal Church in Moorestown

  • March 20, featuring Glenn Rodgers of First United Methodist Church in Moorestown

  • March 27, featuring James Roman of Westminster Choir College in Princeton

 

Each recital is free and open to the public. Seating is limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Those interested in attending are required to R.S.V.P. in advance to reserve seat(s) by contacting The Evergreens directly at (856) 439-2060.
