Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Katherine A. Hellander, Esq. and Alycia I. Pollice-Beyrouty, Esq. have recently joined the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department in its Mt. Laurel office.

 

            Ms. Hellander, a Backwood resident, and Ms. Pollice-Beyrouty, a Hamilton resident, represent insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims at all stages of litigation.

            Ms. Hellander received her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and her B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from LaSalle University, magna cum laude.  Upon law school graduation, Ms. Hellander worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Nan S. Famular, in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division, Camden County Vicinage.   She is a member of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court.

            Ms. Pollice-Beyrouty received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden and her B.S. degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Temple University, summa cum laude. Upon law school graduation, Ms. Pollice-Beyrouty worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Kassel, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division, Camden County Vicinage.   She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
