Flaster/Greenberg Attorney Renee Vidal Re-Appointed to the Board of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce

Attorney Renee Vidal of Flaster/Greenberg PC was re-appointed to the Board of Directors of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce, for a three year term effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016. Vidal was chair of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce in 2009, and has been serving on the board since 2005.

 

Ms. Vidal, a shareholder in Flaster/Greenberg’s Cherry Hill office, focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law. She represents clients in estate and tax planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts and administration of estates as well as corporate business and transactional matters, which include the acquisition and sale of businesses, preparation of shareholder and operating agreements, and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Vidal earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 2003, and received the Faculty Award in Taxation upon graduation. She earned her J.D. in 1995 from Rutgers University School of Law, and received a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University in 1989.

Recognized for her long list of accomplishments and contributions of service, Vidal was named to SJ Magazine's 'Top Attorney' list in 2008 – 2013; named an 'Awesome Attorney'  for her expertise in Trusts and Estates Law by South Jersey Magazine in 2013; awarded 'Woman of the Year in Community Service' by the Burlington County Advisory Council on Women in 2011; named to the "Legal Elite" list by SmartCEO Magazine in 2010; awarded '50 Best Women in Business' by NJBiz magazine in 2009; recognized as a 'New Jersey Super Lawyer' in 2006 and 2007 by Thomson Reuters, publishers of New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine; and awarded 'Community Advocate of the Year' by the NAWBO-South Jersey Chapter in 2006.
