Annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday

MBA event will be held rain or shine.

The Moorestown Business Association will host the 18th annual Easter Egg Hunt beginning at 10 a.m. April 16.

The event will be held on the grounds of the Moorestown Friends School's Greenleaf Estate, 28 E. Main St., adjacent to the Moorestown Community House.

The event will also include a balloon clown, a DJ, a Moon Bounce, face painting and the Easter Bunny. The event should last about two hours, according to organizer Joe Horwitz. Several hundred children are anticipated.

“Our town welcomes spring with this great event,” said Mark Morgan, MBA president. “It's an outing that's a special treat for youngsters and their parents.”

The Egg Hunt will be divided into three age categories: 3- to 4-year-olds; 5- to 6-year-olds and 7- to 8-year-olds. Each age group will have a separate section to look for eggs. There will be 5,000 eggs to be found. There will also be 10 prizes per age group.
