Did all the summer parties make your jeans a little tight? We’ve found a great deal to trim your waist and tighten your budget. We’ve got some quick and inexpensive breakfast and lunch ideas for you, as well as a couple of supermarket deals you don’t want to miss. Lastly, we found some great prices on fall wardrobe essentials for those who are bringing home the bacon.

If you are an organizer and planning for the holidays already, order Thanksgiving pies from Hunter’s Farm before Halloween and get 10 percent off the price of your pies.

Deal: Join Retro Fitness on any Terrific Thursday in September for $0 enrollment. They are also offering $19.99 down and $19.99 a month for life.

SUBWAY/CINNAMINSON

A few more tips: ACME in Maple Shade is offering four meals for $19.99, including chicken, sausage, turkey and/or ground beef.  in Cinnaminson has Mallomars on sale for $1.49 and ShopRite Domestic Ham and American Cheese are only $3.99 lb., great for those lunchboxes mom. For dinner, Barilla Pasta is only $.77 and Ragu Pasta Sauce is only $.99. Now that’s the way to stretch a dollar.
