Holiday events are everywhere in Cinnaminson and Moorestown this weekend.

Where/When: , Pomona and Riverton roads, Cinnaminson; 6:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2

Why Go: Santa Claus is the special guest as the Christmas tree is lit, band and singers perform, Fralinger String Band plays, and much more. Read about it .

8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2

Why Go: The community chorus of Cinnaminson performs its annual Christmas concert, this year called "A Crown of Stars." Read about the group .

Price: $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and students, children under 12 free. 

 

Where/When: Burlington County Footlighters, 808 Pomona Rd., Cinnaminson; 
8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2 & Saturday, Dec. 3; 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 4

Why Go: This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he faces life's greatest challenge one fateful Christmas Eve.

Price: $10 

 

Where/When: , 207 W Main St., Moorestown; 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 3

Why Go: This bazaar features Christmas items, jewelry, books, food and much more.  

Price: Free

 

Where/When: Downtown Moorestown, parade begins at Chester and Central avenues; Noon, Saturday, Dec. 3

Why Go: Marching bands, floats, antique cars, the Citizen of the Year, Santa, and a host of others march through downtown for this long-running holiday tradition. Thousands are expected to attend.

Price: Free

 

Where/When: , W 3rd St. & N Church St., Moorestown; 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3

Why Go: Celebrate the arts and browse exceptional artwork from area schools, enjoy live music, and take part in holiday crafts (small fee). Sample our tasty concessions, and enjoy seasonal fun for the whole family.

Price: Free

 

Where/When: Riverton Library, 306 Main St., Riverton; 4 p.m., Saturday, 
Dec. 3 

Why Go: Tour six historic homes in Victorian Riverton, decorated by the owners for the holidays. Local shops, galleries and Christ Episcopal Church will be open, and there will be live music and refreshments and a display by the Historical Society of Riverton.

Where/When: , 229 N Lenola Rd., Moorestown; 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3

Why Go: Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish hosts a fun-filled evening of music, dinner and dancing with "The Geator with the Heater," DJ Jerry Blavat. Proceeds benefit OLGC.  

Price: $50

 

Where/When: , 1197 Riverton Rd., Cinnaminson; 
10 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 4

Why Go: Crafts, food, entertainment, vendors, and of course, Santa Claus are all on hand at this year's event.
