It's a holiday weekend, so here are some Christmas and Hanukkah events to check out.

Where/When: 132 Park Ave., Cinnaminson; 6 to 11 p.m., Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Why Go: This weekend, head over to Park Avenue in Cinnaminson to the Proctors' home, who have their whole house decked out in lights and decorations that twinkle and dance to Christmas music. Pull up and tune to 88.7 FM. Click the above link for more information.

Where/When: Old Zane School Steps, Haddon Ave., Collingswood; 6 p.m., Friday, Dec. 23

Why Go: Get some last-minute shopping done in Collingswood Friday night as local community members sing carols. Extended shopping hours are in effect and Santa will be there.

Where/When: Flyers Skate Zone, 610 Laurel Oak Rd., Voorhees; 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 24

Why Go: Celebrate Hanukkah this weekend on ice as this special event features a giant carved menorah, refreshments and more.    

Price: Free

 

Where/When: Sahara Sam, 535 N. Rt. 73, West Berlin; 5 p.m., 
Sunday, Dec. 25

Why Go: Go to this Hanukkah parade, which starts at 1925 Kresson Road in Cherry Hill. A Hanukkah party takes place at Sahara Sam's afterward.

Price: Free

 

Where/When: 1301 Springdale Rd., Cherry Hill; 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 25

Why Go: This weekend, check out a comedy show. A kosher Chinese dinner and latkes are included at this fun event. The event is open to ages 15 and up and babysitting is $5 per child. A cash bar will feature beer and wine.
