With not expected to spare inland New Jersey, authorities in this area are preparing for the possibility of flooding and power outages.

Call volumes will likely be high this weekend and emergency personnel are stressing residents only call 911 in the event of an emergency.

For non-emergency situations, call the at 856-235-0130. All calls will be dispatched through Burlington County Central Communication.

“In deference to the operators up there, try to use discretion in calling,” said Moorestown Sgt. Lee Lieber, the township’s emergency management coordinator.

The township’s public works department can be reached at 856-235-0550.

To reach the Burlington County chapter of the American Red Cross, call 609-267-9595.

For utility and other service interruptions, below is a list of 24/7 contacts:
