Hello, my name is Herbert and I love a good scratch!
I got lost and ended up at this fine shelter, but I am so hoping to meet some friends that can take me home with them. I don't want to brag, but the folks here say I am sweet and shy. I just love to be showered with hugs and kisses. I enjoy a walk and I love sharing some affection with my handlers. I hope you'll consider stopping by to meet me—I'll be waiting for you!
