Local Lawyer to Moderate Seminar

Thomas Muccifori to moderate discussion with Chancery Judges.

Moorestown resident Thomas Muccifori, a shareholder of Archer & Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield will moderate “Demystifying Chancery Practice,” a continuing legal education seminar to be held Jan. 25 at Aloft hotel in Mt. Laurel.

The seminar will feature the following chancery judges: Hon. Michael J. Hogan, P.J.Ch., Burlington County; Hon. Mary Jacobson, P.J.Ch., Mercer County; and Hon. William C. Todd, P.J.Ch., Atlantic and Cape May counties.

According to the release, the judges will discuss general equity and probate practices and procedures, including Orders to Show Cause and emergent applications such as TROs and varying Preliminary Injunctions, plus tips for demystifying practice in the Chancery Division.

Muccifori, co-chair of the Burlington County Bar Association’s General Equity Section, is founder and chair of Archer & Greiner’s Employment Competition & Information Protection Practice Group. He has been litigating business and employment disputes for the past 25 years.
