Photos: Moorestown Celebrates 35th Candlelight Night

Music, food, hot chocolate and holiday cheer draw many to Moorestown's Main Street Friday night.

Hundreds of Moorestonians (and plenty of out-of-towners) took to the streets Friday night to mark the 35th annual Candlelight Night.

The event, sponsored by the Moorestown Business Association (MBA), is the MBA's longest-running festival, along with Moorestown Day, according to Association president Mark Morgan.

Candlelight Night is intended to be the unofficial kickoff to the holiday season in Moorestown and Main Street shops stayed open late Friday, many offering food, refreshments and entertainment to lure in shoppers.
