Hundreds of children and adults marched down Main Street Sunday for Moorestown's annual Halloween Parade.

Parade-goers made their way down Main Street from PNC Bank, ending at Stokes Hill where the MBA had face painters, caricaturists, a moonbounce and a DJ set up. Prizes were given out for best costumes in several categories, including "Scariest," "Cutest" and "Best Look-alike."

Parade chair Brian Cooper—vice president of the Moorestown Business Association (MBA), which sponsors the event—said there's no way to get an exact headcount of how many kids came to the parade, but the MBA prepared roughly 400 goodie bags and "we never have more than a few left."

Great candidates rally, great Halloween parade! We all had an enjoyable time. Was happy to meet Congressman runyan on the parade route. Looks like the republicans had a great candidates gathering on that comer . Thanks to those that organized the haloween festivities. This is an awesome town!

We were there, yeah some of us congregated at starbucks afterward and got some post rally pumpkin spice latte's, which was on the way to stokes hill. We thought te parade, rally, Starbucks post rally and the fun time at stokes hill made it an enjoyable day! Love this town!

It was a great event for the children, except when someone steals an accent piece to your child's costume. Really Moorestown? I didn't think we had children learning these horrible habits in our town.
