Moorestown Municipal Elections Set For November

Republicans Stacey Jordan and Manuel Delgado face Democrats Edmond George and Elizabeth Endres in November.

With no opposition in either primary, voter turnout wasn’t very high in Tuesday night’s Moorestown municipal primaries.

The Republican candidates collected more votes than the Democrats in their respective primaries.

Deputy Mayor Stacey Jordan collected 832 votes in the Republican Primary, and her running mate Manuel Delgado had 739 votes, according to the Burlington County Board of Elections website. There were six write-in votes.

Their opponents in the Nov. 4 general election will be Edmond George and Elizabeth Endres. Endres had 426 votes, while there were 421 votes for George. There were no write-in votes.

The general election is Nov. 4.
