You've got about 90 days to look good for the unofficial start of swimsuit season! And here atSubversion Fitness, we're taking that on as a challenge because we want our members to be the BEST looking bodies on the beach this year!

If you want to LOOK and FEEL your best this summer, then our 90-Day Fitness Challenge is for you. It's pretty simple; here are the details.

1) If you're not yet participate in our fitness community, you must purchase a 3-month membership (never long-term contracts) for $150, of which $15 will go into the "pot." If you are already a member of SF, you can "buy in" for $15.

2) You must complete our baseline challenge and measurements so we know your starting fitness level. The challenge includes 1-minute max reps of push-ups, modified burpees, squats, sit-ups, and plank hold (5 minute challenge). We'll also measure your body fat and document inches.

3) For 90 days you're obligated to come to as many of our awesome fitness classes as you can! Erika Camm is also going to bug you about better nutrition and healthier lifestyle habits. Hey, it's like having a serious personal trainer for a tiny fraction of the cost!

4) At the end of the challenge, all participants will complete the challenge and measurements again. The person that improves the most will win the pot of cash, and maybe some other fun prizes too!
