Left, left, left, right, left! March yourself over to Subversion Fitness Bootcamp on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM for a fun, one-hour, total body blast!
Every class is designed to burn calories, build muscle, and shed fat fast. We incorporate all of today's popular fitness trends, and offer different moves every single class so no two workouts are ever the same. We use balls, bands, dumbbells, TRX, machines, kickboxing, yoga, indoor/outdoor cardio and more. You'll always be challenged to reach new fitness goals, yet never be bored with your workouts again!
Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Unlike big-box gyms our class size is limited to ensure individual attention. Yet unlike other "studios" we have the space and equipment needed for a real bootcamp class!
