Night of Terror Vigil

Honor Alice Paul and the suffragists who endured the Night of Terror with a candlelight vigil at Paul’s grave at Westfield Friends Meeting.  Members of the Alice Paul Institute’s Girls Advisory Council will read accounts from suffragists who endured brutal beatings while in jail on November 15, 1917.  The Girls Advisory Council includes girls aged 13 to 17 who help plan Alice Paul Institute events, attend area conferences for girls, advise on new programs and issues facing girls and receive updates about other opportunities in their area.
