Navy Vet, Former Moorestown Firefighter Dies
Arthur Young was 58. A service will be held at Lewis Funeral Home this week.
Arthur T. Young, of Maple Shade, formerly Moorestown, passed away suddenly at the age of 58 on Saturday, April 6.
Arthur served in the U.S. Navy from 1973-79 and was a former member of the Moorestown Hose Co. No. 1. He worked for Weeks Marine in Camden for more than 15 years and was a member of the Operating Engineers Union.

He was the brother of Frederick Young, James Young, Terri Young, Debbie Brown and John Young. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Lewis Funeral Home, 78 E. Main St., Moorestown. Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be held in General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Arneytown, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
