Moorestown Picks Its Favorite Place for Italian

Bacio Catering and Marketplace selected by Patch readers as the place to go for Italian in Moorestown.

The results are in and, according to the , Moorestown's favorite Italian eatery is .

With 30 percent of the vote, Bacio edged out other popular choices like , and .

Co-owner and chef Robert Minniti was excited to hear how popular has become since it opened its doors on Moorestown's Main Street three years ago.

"I'm really happy to hear people are enjoying it," he said. 

Bacio started in Cinnaminson, when Minniti and his wife Pam opened a restaurant under the same name. They and refocused the business toward the catering side, while also offering lunch and take-home meals in their marketplace. Robert said they also host cooking classes regularly.

Asked why Bacio has such appeal, the chef said, "Everybody's going to tell you their food is freshly prepared, with high-quality ingredients, and so is ours. But our focus is on service and building relationships with our guests. We take really exceptionally good care of our guests."
