Find Out When to Register for Moorestown Library Kids' Programs

Registration for the library's slate of winter activities opens next week. Get more info here.

Moorestown Library will open registration for its December children’s programs on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Children in kindergarten and first grade can sign up to decorate their own gingerbread cookies and enjoy Gingerbread Man stories at 2 or 3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20.

Second-graders can sign up to make a personalized stocking and listen to seasonal stories on Wednesday, Dec. 4, or Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 4:15 p.m.

Third grade children can register to create a festive tree made of colorful gumdrops placed in a wintry forest scene at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18.

Children in grades four and up can register to decorate the most creative cake with a winter theme on Thursday, Dec. 5, at 4:15 p.m., and from 2-4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, the library will show Despicable Me (rated PG) and serve pizza to registrants in grades four and up.

Fifth-graders can sign up to create a beautiful tree skirt at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17. It will surely become a treasured family heirloom!

And South Jersey Boys Read will return to offer boys in grades 1 and 2 (10:30-11:30 a.m.) and grades 3-5 (9:15-10:15 a.m.) a special holiday program on Saturday, Dec. 14.
