Say hi to Bart. This boy is looking for a family that can match his energy and enthusiasm. At about 16 months old and 49 pounds—and still growing—he’s a big baby.

He's happy to get on the leash for a walk, and is doing very well. He's easily corrected, and since he is a happy, playful youngster, it will be important to continue his training using positive methods. Bart is going to need daily exercise, so an active family will suit him best. Bart's energy might be overwhelming for very young children, but kids older than 5 who understand respectful handling will probably be okay.

Bart likes some well-mannered dogs and did well at a dog meet. Do you have a fenced yard and lots of attention to give this boy? Please come over and meet Bart—don’t let him waste his formative puppy time in a shelter.
