Accused Murder Suspect Robs Delran Gas Station, on the Lam: Police

Zedrick T. Johnson, 34, of Willingboro, 'should be considered extremely dangerous,' the county prosecutor says.

A Willingboro man already wanted for murder reportedly robbed a gas station in Delran Wednesday evening.

Police are searching for Zedrick T. Johnson, 34, whose last known address is on the unit block of Bentley Lane, Willingboro.

Johnson is wanted for allegedly robbing at knifepoint the National Fuel gas station on Route 130 and Tenby Chase Drive in Delran. He reportedly hit the gas station Feb. 20 at 5:30 p.m.

Johnson also is wanted in the Feb. 11 death of Bal Krishna Karki, a Willingboro gas station attendant, and the Feb. 12 armed robbery of a Willingboro convenience store.

“This person is an active fugitive and should be considered extremely dangerous,” Burlington County Prosecutor Robert Bernardi said. “He is a threat to public safety … Anyone who knows where he is or has seen him should call us immediately.”

Johnson spent nearly eight years in prison on a slew of robbery, burglary and child endangerment convictions. He was released from state prison on March 1, 2012.

Anyone with information about Johnson’s whereabouts should call Willingboro Township Police at 609-877-2253 or the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit at 609-265-5059 during work hours or after hours at 609-267-8300.

Willingboro is full of bad people. Feel sorry for the nice ones. Willingboro is where the male came from who went to Rowan College and stole my Grand daughters computer and phone out of her dorm.
