Delran Man Charged With Possession of Child Pornography

Timothy Clark was charged following a search of his home on Wednesday.

A Delran man has been arrested for downloading and storing pornographic images of children on his computer, Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Delran Police Chief Alfonso Parente, Jr. announced on Wednesday.

Timothy D. Clark, 26, was charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was lodged in Burlington County Jail on $25,000 bail. The case will now be referred to a Grand Jury for indictment.

The images Clark had on his computer allegedly depicted sexual acts between children and adults. Police said Clark downloaded the images online and stored them on an external hard drive.

Delran Police discovered the evidence while executing a search warrant of his home on Wednesday. Clark was then taken into custody at his home.

The investigation was conducted by detectives from the Delran Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit, which is a member of the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
