Jacob Adirato failed to appear in state Superior Court in Mount Holly on forgery charges, authorities say.
Jacob E. Adirato, 23, of Delran, is wanted by the Burlington County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant.
Adirato failed to appear in state Superior Court in Mount Holly on charges of forgery.
His last known address was on Linfield Avenue in Delran.

Adirato is approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has black hair and blue eyes.
