Jackknifed Tractor Trailer Closes Rte. 130 in Cinnaminson

The accident occurred around 11 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Route 130 North in Cinnaminson is closed after a tractor trailer jackknifed on the highway late Tuesday morning.

Cinnaminson Police Lt. Tim Young said the accident occurred around 11 a.m. According to a Patch reader, the truck jackknifed right in front of Lakeview Memorial Cemetery.

Young said the truck smashed into a section of the median. All three lanes of Route 130 northbound are blocked. The southbound lanes are open however.

According to Young, there were no injuries.

A reader said traffic is being rerouted onto Willow Drive and Andover Road, then back onto 130.

Young said crews are on their way with equipment to remove the tractor trailer.

"We'll try to get it out of there as soon as we can," said Young.

He advised residents to stay off the roads if possible, and to keep their cars off the street to make it easier for township plows.
