Police investigate a vandalized vehicle, the theft of tools, and the apparent burglary of storage units.

Nov. 15

Criminal mischief, 12:43 p.m. — Locks were cut from 13 storage units at the Public Storage on Rudderow Avenue, police said. One of the renters told police nothing was missing from her unit. Management is in the process of contacting the other 12 renters to determine if anything else was stolen, police said.

Nov. 16

Vandalism, 7:11 a.m. — A resident of the unit block of West Woodcrest Avenue called police to report her daughter’s car was keyed and splattered with red paint, and shampoo and conditioner were poured in the interior, according to a report.

Theft, 11:44 a.m. — Police said approximately $1,300 worth of contractor’s tools were stolen from a residence on the unit block of North Pine Avenue.
