Moorestown Man Sentenced to Three Years in 2013 Bank Robbery

Patrick Walters must serve 85 percent of his term before becoming eligible for parole, according to the Burlington County Times.

A Moorestown man has been sentenced to three years in state prison for his role in a Susquehanna Bank robbery in October, the Burlington County Times reports.

Patrick Walters, 31, must serve 85 percent of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole and pay back $2,373, according to the report.

Walters robbed the bank on Oct. 30, 2013, after handing a teller a note that indicated there was a bomb in a nearby trash can. That threat turned out to be a hoax.

His image was captured by surveillance cameras at the bank.
