  • Lolita Deshazior, 40, East Second Street, arrested after police said she obstructed the investigation of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident. She was charged with obstruction and released on a summons.

Feb. 23

  • Shaun Segalla, 53, of Haines Drive, arrested for violating a restraining order related to a domestic violence incident, according to police. He was released on $1,000 bail.

  • Shamia Terry, 21, of North Hope Street, Philadelphia, arrested for shoplifting three shirts and a bottle of cologne—total value $128—from at the Moorestown Mall, according to police. Terry was released on a summons.
