Moorestown Police Arrest Report

Police charged a Maple Shade man with soliciting and a Moorestown woman for shoplifting.

Nov. 17

  • Tammy Pentz, 43, of East Third Street, Moorestown, arrested after police said she stole three pairs of boots valued at $104.98 from Marshalls on Route 38. Pentz was charged with shoplifting and released on a special complaint.

Nov. 18

  • Brian Muthama, 20, of Clover Path, Maple Shade, charged with violating a township ordinance against soliciting without a permit after police received a complaint of two people driving around and one subject walking. Muthama was soliciting home improvements, according to a report. He was charged and released on a special summons.
