Moorestown Police Weekly Crime Log: April 11-16, 2014

Moorestown Police release their weekly activity report.

* Nicole Smith,19, of Burning Tree Road in Pennsauken, was arrested and charged with shoplifting jewelry valued at $492 from Lord & Taylor located in the Moorestown Mall on April 11.  Smith was released on a summons.

* Shamia Pollard, 30 of Clover Street in Camden, was arrested and charged with theft by deception for taking in store merchandise from friends and family members for layaway while employed at Kmart on Route 38. She conducted refunds from November of 2013 through April 12, 2014.  Total value of the theft was $25,430.  Pollard was released on $5,000 bail with 10%. 

* Ashley Mantlow, 36, of North 24th Street in Camden, was charged on April 13 with obstruction.  Mantlow was arrested and charged on March 29 with shoplifting from Macy’s in the Moorestown Mall and provided false identification at the time.  She identified herself as Maritzza Martinez at the initial arrest.  Her true identity was  learned to be Ashley Mantlow.

* On April 14, 2014 Jason Rorie, 41, of South Lakeshore Drive in Browns Mills, was arrested and charged for being a fugitive from justice from the State of Pennsylvania on April 14. 

* Patrick Dolan, 52, of Cottage Avenue in Moorestown, was arrested and charged with simple assault and possession of a weapon (forceps) on April 16.  Suspect had a dispute with another subject and engaged in a physical fight.  Dolan was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $25,000.
