Moorestown Police Weekly Crime Log: Feb. 7-13, 2014

* Between February 7, 2014 and February 10, 2014 a 12 ton air conditioning unit was damaged and the inside components were stolen from a business on Glen Avenue. The value of the AC Unit was $10,000.

* On February 11, 2014 Jeanne Vanaman age 49 of Fairview St, Camden, NJ was arrested and charged with Theft by Deception. Vanaman took silverware and bedding from Boscov’s Dept. Store valued at $299.58 and returned merchandise in exchange for a gift card. Vanaman was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $1,000 bail.

* On February 12, 2014 Ashley Mack age 23 of W Drumbed Ave, Villas, NJ and Jessica Savage age 24 of Cropwell Dr, Maple Shade, NJ were arrested and charged with shoplifting thirty-one (31) boxes of assorted fragrances from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. The merchandise is valued at $1,314. Savage was also charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe. Mack and Savage were both committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $20,000 bail each.

* On February 13, 2014 Timothy Deaner age 29 of S Washington Ave, Moorestown, NJ was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, terroristic threats, obstruction, resisting and disorderly conduct. Moorestown officers were assisting Maple Shade officers transport Deaner home due to intoxication. Deaner was transported to the Burlington County Jail in default of $2,500 bail.
