Moorestown Police Weekly Crime Log: June 13-19, 2014
Moorestown Police release their weekly activity report.
* Elijah Barnes, 22, of Burlington, was charged with shoplifting men’s clothing valued at $190 from Boscov’s in the Moorestown Mall on June 13. He was released on a summons.
* Michael Capparelli, 18, of Lumberton, was charged with shoplifting jewelry valued at $79.99 from Sears in the Moorestown Mall on June 14. He was released on a summons.
* Michael Walsh, 36, of Pennsauken, was charged with shoplifting clothing valued at $270 from Macy’s in the Moorestown Mall on June 14. He was released on a summons.

* Fahmida Daizy, 40, of Mount Laurel, was charged with shoplifting five pairs of earrings valued at $66 from Boscov’s in the Moorestown Mall on June 17. She was released on a summons.
* Joseph Vanaman, 18, of Mount Laurel, was charged with shoplifting clothing valued at $72 from Boscov’s in the Moorestown Mall on June 18. He was released on a summons.

* Maurice Chaney Jr., 37, of Blackwood, was charged with robbery, shoplifting and two counts of simple assault on June 18. Chaney allegedly concealed clothing valued at $292.50 from Lord & Taylor in the Moorestown Mall and in the commission of the crime, allegedly assaulted two security officers. Chaney was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $5,000 bail.
* Janiece Johns, 19, of Camden, was charged with two counts of shoplifting from Boscov’s in the Moorestown Mall on June 19. Johns allegedly concealed two pairs of socks worth $12 in her handbag on June 19, and allegedly concealed socks in her sweatshirt pocket valued at $12 on June 5. She was released on a summons.
