Moorestown Teen Charged with Bank Robbery Plot: Police

The 17-year-old was also involved with a residential break-in last fall, according to Moorestown Police.

A 17-year-old Moorestown boy was arrested and charged Tuesday with plotting to rob a bank with another juvenile, police said.

Moorestown Police arrested the teen—who was unidentified due to his age—and charged him with burglary for a previously unsolved home break-in on Bramley Road in October. According to police, the 17-year-old forced his way in through a rear window and stole nearly $5,000 worth of electronics and jewelry.

He was also charged with conspiracy to commit robbery for the bank plot, which involved another juvenile. There are no charges at this time against the second juvenile.
