The mother of the teenager convicted of killing Autumn Pasquale can file civil charges against Justin Roberts and his father, Alonzo Robinson, The Courier Post reports.

Anita Saunders could bring charges against her ex-husband and his son, and hold them responsible for damages if they lose a separate suit against charges filed by Anthony Pasquale, Autumn’s father. Saunders wants a share of any damages Robinson and Roberts must pay, according to the report.

Robinson pleaded guilty to the murder of the 12-year-old Clayton girl in August, 2013. He was 15 at the time of the murder.

He was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

Anthony Pasquale seeks restitution for pain and suffering . He also seeks reimbursement for funeral services, according to the report.

Kelly, I couldn't understand it either. I wish the whole family would do the right thing and kill themselves!! Useless garbage!

My understanding is that Autumn's father is suing the kid who killed his daughter, as well as that kid's mother and father. The mother is not seeking any money - she is suing to make the killer kid and his father pay any damages recovered by Autumn's father, and to not make her liable for any damages. If you click on the highlighted link to the Courier Post, that article explains it better.

P.S. She does not want a share of damages that her son and his father have to pay - she just wants to be left off the hook and not have to pay anything herself.

It is like a glass that was dropped, it can not be put back together the way it was. Now the choices are theirs. What d0 you want to do with the shattered glass? I personally try to retain God doesn't give you more than you can bear. AND.... WOW! He's able to give and take quicker than a Nano Second. But.... if you are into secularism, Go for it and give us a break, pain doesn 't feel good. The BEST TO YOU.
