Motorcyclist Killed In Mount Laurel Accident

The driver crashed into a car leaving the bus terminal on Fellowship Road.

MOUNT LAUREL — A motorcyclist was killed in an accident Monday morning in the 500 block of Fellowship Road.

Mount Laurel Police said the motorcyclist, whose name was being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was heading north on Fellowship Road around 10:47 a.m. when he struck a Hyundai Sonata exiting the Greyhound bus terminal.

The driver of the motorcycle was airlifted to Cooper Hospital in Camden and pronounced dead at 11:53 a.m. Initial reports stated the driver had suffered cardiac arrest and was being given CPR at the scene.

Mount Laurel Township Police are investigating the accident. No charges have been filed as of this time.

Fellowship Road was temporarily closed between Route 73 and West Park Drive and reopened at 1 p.m.
