Police made several drug and DWI arrests this week.

Sept. 9

Arrest (DWI), 11:05 p.m. — Police arrested Lara K. Luciana, 24, of the first block of Baron Avenue, Marlton, after she was stopped on Route 38. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and obstruction, police said, and released pending a municipal court hearing.

Sept. 10

Arrest (drug possession), 12:14 a.m. — Police arrested Dana Ditullio, 19, of the 3900 block of Fenwick Lane, for possession of marijuana. Police said she was stopped on Danebridge Drive while police were investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. She was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 50 grams) and drug paraphernalia. Ditullio was released pending a municipal court hearing.

Criminal mischief, 12:20-12:25 p.m. — Someone damaged a vehicle in the shopping center parking lot at 200 Larchmont Blvd., police said. Damage was estimated at $500.

Arrest (DWI), 6:05 p.m. — Police arrested Jamie R. Durboraw, 35, of the 1100 block of Holloybourne Street, Hainesport, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Route 38. Durboraw was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, and failure to surrender a controlled substance to law enforcement, police said. He was committed to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Burglary, 5-10 p.m. — Police said someone broke into a residence on the first block of West Berwin Way by forcing open a window and stole approximately $5,000 of jewelry. The damage to the window was estimated at $1,000, according to police.

Sept. 11

Arrest (hindering), 4:53 a.m. — Police arrested Paul C. Rochford, 18, of the 500 block of Cedar Brook Lane, Linwood, after he provided false information to police investigating a suspicious vehicle in the area of the 200 block of Larchmont Boulevard. He was released pending a municipal court hearing.

Arrest (drug possession), 4:59 a.m. — Police arrested Ashley A. Davis, 25, of the 300 block of Mercer Avenue, for possession of heroin. Davis was arrested at the Rodeway Inn, subsequent to a police investigation, according to reports. She was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering. She was committed to the Corrections and Work Release Center in Pemberton in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Arrest (DWI), 11:49 a.m. — Police arrested Valery J. Cahill, 40, of the first block of Sumac Court, after she was involved in a motor vehicle accident on South Lake Drive. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing, police said.

Arrest (trespassing) — Police arrested Christopher L. Curtis, 22, of the 400 block of Timberline Drive, for trespassing at the 7-11 on the 3100 block of Marne Highway. He was released pending a municipal court hearing.

Sept. 12

Criminal mischief — The windows and ignition to a vehicle parked in a lot on the 4300 block of Dearborn Circle were damaged sometime between 5 p.m. Sept. 9 and 8 a.m. Sept. 12, police said. The damage was estimated at $500.

Criminal mischief — An employee of a business on the 4200 block of Dearborn Circle reported the door locks on a company vehicle were damaged sometime between 5 p.m. Sept. 9 and 8 a.m. Sept. 12, police said. The damage was estimated at $100.

Criminal mischief — Sometime between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 10 and 10 a.m. someone damaged a door handle on a vehicle parked on the 100 block of Squirrel Tree Lane, police said. Damage was estimated at $100.

Theft, 2:12-4:00 p.m. — A customer at the Wegman’s on Centerton Road told police her purse was stolen. The purse and its contents were valued at $64.

Sept. 13

Theft, 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. — A customer at Ross Dress for Less, on the 1100 block of Nixon Drive, told police someone stole her wallet and its contents, valued at $50, out of her purse while she was inside the store. Her credit cards were used at several locations shortly after the theft, police said.

Theft, 4-8:05 p.m. — An employee of Wawa, on the 200 block of Larchmont Boulevard, told police someone stole a bicycle, valued at $179.

Sept. 15

Robbery (Willow Turn), 6:40 p.m. — Police said someone punched a Lavister Drive resident in the face and stole $110 in cash and property from a residence on the 200 block of Chaucer Court.

Burglary — A resident of the 600 block of Old Creek Road told police approximately $840 worth of jewelry and cash were stolen from their home. There were no signs of forced entry, police said.
