NJ Transit Bus Involved in Crash in Maple Shade
Expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
An NJ Transit bus and another vehicle collided at Route 38 and Kings Highway shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday, according to authorities.
Maple Shade Police said two people were taken to the hospital following the crash, though the injuries are not believed to be serious.
The bus jumped a guardrail and crashed into some trees, police said. Fire department crews rigged the bus to prevent it from sliding further down the embankment.
At least one lane of traffic is closed, so expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
