UPDATE: No Injuries in Overnight Moorestown Fire

The fire, located along Kings Highway in Lenola, took place in an unoccupied home.

Fire officials have confirmed that there were no injuries in an overnight fire that destroyed a home in the Lenola section of Moorestown early Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out at a vacant home along Kings Highway shortly after 3 a.m. Officials from both fire districts in Moorestown were called to the scene to fight the blaze, which took about an hour to contain. 

The home, which was unoccupied and had a for sale sign on the front lawn, was destroyed by the blaze. The roof of the home caved in on the structure during the fire, but no emergency personnel suffered any injuries.

The property was sealed off with caution tape after the fire was put out.
